What you share with us
When you request an assessment, METHOD SWIM collects the details you provide: your name, email, swimming goals or question, program interest and optional ZIP code. If you previously submitted our longer form, your request may also include a phone number, age range, swimming experience, availability and pool access. Please do not include medical records, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.
How we use it
Henrique Rodrigues uses this information to respond to your request, discuss suitable coaching and manage prospective enrollments. Submitting the form is not consent to unrelated marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
How the website works
The website is hosted on Vercel and requests are stored using Supabase. These providers process information to operate the service. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated website usage information without advertising cookies. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may associate its campaign labels with your request. Temporary browser session storage keeps those labels as you move between pages.
Security and access
Assessment requests are accessible through a password-protected administration area. We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. For abuse prevention, the server temporarily stores a hashed network identifier and request counts; this data expires after two days. Administrative login uses a secure session cookie.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your request, or ask us to stop contacting you, by replying to Henrique’s follow-up or using the request form with “Privacy request” in the goals field. We retain requests while they are relevant to your coaching inquiry or ongoing relationship and remove them when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.
Adults only
This website and its forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older. METHOD 50+ is designed for adults 50 and over.
